How are you? I hope you're feeling a little better and school/work is going well.
 
I wanted to write a quick email to you as I am aware that the wedding date is not ideal for you with regards to work. I am sorry that I could not schedule it in a little earlier however I hope you can understand that it is such a difficult balancing act. In the end the reception venue (Sails on the Bay) was booked the two weeks prior and one after the 28 August and the Melb Town Hall was booked one week before and one week after. As you can imagine it becomes a little stressful, so we just locked the date in.
Otherwise, knowing Martin and my level of organisation, we'd never get married
 
I sincerely hope that you are able to work your magic and get the time off work, as it would not be the same without you there.
